Prof. dr hab. Adam Daniel Rotfeld, minister spraw zagranicznych w rządzie Marka Belki (2005). Dyrektor Międzynarodowego Instytutu Badań nad Pokojem w Sztokholmie – SIPRI (1990 2002). Członek Kolegium Doradczego Sekretarza Generalnego ONZ do Spraw Rozbrojenia ABDM (2006–2011), uczestnik Aspen Ministers Forum. Członek European Leadership Network i wielu innych międzynarodowych grup roboczych powołanych przez sekretarzy generalnych NATO i OBWE. Opublikował ostatnio tom esejów W poszukiwaniu strategii (Wydawnictwo BOSZ, Lesko 2018). Jest też autorem The War on Values and International Order (UMCS, Lublin 2023). Pracuje na Wydziale „Artes Liberales” Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego.
